Shri. P.N. Devarajan, Chairman Emeritus
He has worked in senior management positions at several reputed organizations including Merck Sharp & Dhome of India, Bombay - the world's top pharma company. He has been Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited and his last position prior to joining Hallmark was as Group President (Corporate Development & Planning) at Reliance Industries, Bombay. Shri Devarajan has also held several key positions including a eleven-year tenure as the Director - Central Board of Directors, Reserve Bank of India. He brings with him years of valuable experience and has the expertise to lead to team from the front.

Born into an eminent business family in Chennai, Shri. Suresh Kumar inherited his father's acumen for business. For over fifty years, the family has been dominating the domain of domestic and industrial electrical supplies business in Chennai. A trade that has not just made their organization - Deepak Electrical Corporation - a renowned name in Chennai business circles, but has also earned them immense respect and invaluable contacts.
Shri Suresh Kumar's family is also known for their many philanthropic ventures in the city. Yet another reason why he is implicitly trusted in the business circles.
As Chairman of Hallmark Infrastructure, Shri Suresh Kumar has a dynamic vision for its future and aims to build the business on trust and integrity.

An eminently qualified and experienced professional with decades of invaluable experience in his repertoire. He has been FOUNDER/CEO - Director of Wendt (India) Ltd. (1976 - 1988); Director and Member of the Board of Directors at Wendt GMBH (Germany) GAMMON INDIA LTD (1989 - 1991) and as Founder / Vice Chairman of BUHLER INDIA LTD since it company was founded. He has also been the Vice - president of Junior Chamber - 1970; Government nominated Director on the Board Of Technology Information Fore-casting and Assessment Council TIFAC - 1993 - 94. He was a Member on the Scientific Panel formed By Ministry of Commerce, Government of India in 1993 - 94.

The Jain family has been in the business of Gems and Jewellery for over three generations. Shri Anand Jain has not just inherited the family's business but also the goodwill that has been generated over the decades. It is a family that is viewed with very high regard in the business circles of Chennai.
The Jain family has held large banks of land historically for over three generations as well. This led to Shri Anand Jain's foray into real estate. After several successful projects were completed - Hallmark Infrastructure was formally launched. As Managing Director Shri Anand Jain has charted out the vision for the company and is leading the team from the front towards achieving these goals.

His vast experience includes 24 years at Larsen and Toubro Limited ECC Division in the field of tendering and contracts management (both domestic and international), management planning and control and materials management.
